Either:
- add it to your phone's library by picking it up in Explorer and dropping it on the phone in iTunes
or
- download whichever music player app takes your fancy and dump it into that

Plan A is best, because it makes the music available to any app that wants it, and enables hardware playback which uses a tenth as much battery.

Did you honestly think the phone that invented the smartphone couldn't play music?

What format are the songs? If they're FLAC then they're not supported by iTunes and you'll have to convert them to MP3 or some other format
