hey, it's an anime i used to watch when i were a lot younger and i were just wondering if anyone know what the name of it is, if i remember right the opening had a home made plane kinda that you pushed to make it glide across a small hill, think it also had a girl in a wheelchair as well, the anime had some kinda airships/zeppelins or flying city as well in it , think it aired on tv around 2006 or earlier :/

it's not based around planes, it just has a plane that 2 kids are playing around, one is pushing it and the other one is sitting in it before it just glides/ slowly flying across a land field i think it was,
also the anime is based around an old war i think
