If you want to join the '10s, get a Xeon E5450, a 775/771 adapter sticker, a GTX 1050ti, and an extra 4GB.

The 1050 will still be good for when you get a PC that isn't ten years old, and you'll pay less than $200 for the lot if you shop around.
