So I'm running sound for the youth group's new year's eve party at my parents' church, and they're doing laser tag. So since laser tag is pretty much a cheesy 80s thing, I'm trying to put together a playlist of cheesy 80s music (and A E S T H E T I C synthwave music) to blast over the church's speaker system for when they're playing laser tag. Gimme any recommendations you've got, /wsr/, but be sure to keep it relatively kid-friendly.
So far I have:
>Danger Zone (by Kenny Loggins)
>Jump (by Van Halen)
>We Built This City (by Starship)
>The Touch (by Stan Bush)
>The Final Countdown (by Europe)
>Anything from the Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon/Trials of the Blood Dragon OSTs
>Anything from the Hotline Miami/Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number OSTs

Stuff from the Stranger Things soundtrack, Kung Fury soundtrack, or Drive soundtrack would work well
For moar, check out the genres Outrun and New Wave Synth

These are more rock but would go good with laser tag:
Survivor - Eye of the tiger
Triumph - Fight the good fight
Shooting Star - Last Chance
Loverboy - Lucky ones
This is closer to the songs you've listed:
Asia - Heat of the moment
Men at work - Down under
Journey - Don't Stop Believin'
Cheezy? MTV stuff:
Flock of seagulls - I ran
Men Without Hats - Safety dance
Look for stuff by Lazerhawk. Kavinsky's first album is a great choice too.
