This can't be only happening to me right?

Anytime I take a screenshot of a 4:3 aspect ratio show on MPC, it outputs an image with a ratio that is clearly not 4:3 (see image). What do?

try a different renderer (options->playback->output->directshow filter)

Well when I look at it in both windowed and fullscreen mode, the ratio is 4:3 (I even manually measured it). But each of the files DO say they are in 720x480 ratio in the filenames, which is weird.
