Are you using a preview build? If not it is very likely the problem can only be rectified with a re-installation of Windows, at least in my experience.

I had issues with W10 on an old AMD Athlon dual core system, whereby the Windows 10 installation frequently corrupts itself. Windows XP and 7 have no such problems.
What are your specs? You might want to try turning off fast boot first and see first.(Goto power options>change what the power button do)

I'm using an Intel chip. I've just turned off fast boot. I'll see if that fixes the problem tomorrow morning as the problem only seems to happen on the first boot each day.
