Ustream is pretty forgiving about anime as long as it's not smutty. So if you stream hentai or ecchi anime you might get yourself banned, but otherwise you should be fine. Ustream has its technical problems and a really bad chat moderation bot, but I find it far more stable than livestream.

Oh, but one thing I really do like about ustream is that its chat service is actually hosted on an IRC server so you can connect to it with an IRC client and even put your own channel bot in there. It's also possible to disable the swear filter via commands, though some phrases are still banned and/or trigger the bot to reactivate itself.

Far as I know all streaming services watermark their videos. If you found a way to remove it from livestream that's the first I've heard of it.
