So! Hello to you all at /wsr/! I would be grateful if any kind anon could recommend me a list of anime that has the following themes; occult, dark atmosphere, paranormal/supernatural, grimness, Death as an entity, Death as a concept, and anything in between. This also doesn't have to be a super serious anime. So basically I would like to know of any at all.

Things I've watched in a similar sense are: Occult Academy, Blood+, Occultic;Nine, Ergo Proxy, Paranoia Agent, are a few I can remember to list.

I tried watching Casshern Sins before and I couldn't get into it at first. Maybe because I was watching the dub of it when they tried airing it here in the US. I don't recall it being all too occultic though... But I do remember it being dark and gritty.

I'll give it another go.

The other two are on my list.

Any others you know of?
