Man, I loved Urusei Yatsura, it was my favorite (and first anime) I've ever watched.
Personally I went into Rumiko's other works, first Kimagure Orange Road and then Maison Ikkoku. Both were really good, but I don't think there's an anime that compares to Urusei Yatsura.

Ranma 1/2 has a very similar feel to it like Urusei Yatsura, though it's not as fanservice heavy.

Tenchi Muyo is also good, it's technically a harem but the girls all have a lot of personality to them that you don't see anymore in newer anime. There's several different series of it, all of them are pretty alright except for GXP, which was completely different and not very good.

Hmm since you seem to like Ursei Yatsura and goofy OVAs I'd say check out the "Rumik World" series of OVAs. They're all one-shots based off of some of her other works, and all pretty good. I haven't watched them all but the ones I have I all enjoyed
