Working on getting my CCNA cert currently im curious if there are any alternatives to the ccna classes? Its not that its hard its just fucking confusing. Ive fucked around with hacking and cracking on networks for a while now so i have a good foundation i just really fucking hate the CCNA termonology any suggestions guys?
The purpose of the classes is to help you pass the certification. If you want to skip the classes, go ahead and read the textbooks on your own, but I don't see how it'll be any easier for you.
The class is actually on ciscos netacad lol but its for college credit. Im going to get my ccna and my college credits from this class at the same time. Im just curious if there is a ccna alternative thats better?

You'll still need to take the CCNA test.
Other certs you will want are A+, N+, Security+ from CompTIA
Im working on A+ now where do i get N+ im working on a 2 year cyber sec degree if that helps

You get all the certs the same way, by taking the test.
So whish is harder or better to have ccna or n+ i hadent heard of n+ before but from what i read it sounds easier and less tecnical the ccna is driving me nuts because its all cisco and i know that wont transfer over to non cisco networking tasks as well and the fact that its overtly tecnical imo. It does a poor job of explaining real world uses of the knowledge just my take on what ive done so far in class.

I recommend taking English classes instead.
