First I would work on your mouse. You can get a better mouse for ALOT less. Also check around for RAM I'm pretty sure you can get better for cheaper even.

Lastly I would check your CPU and maybe get one a bit cheaper, or try a AMD card. Everything else looks fine however

For the mouse I just went off of Tomshardware recommendation. The last mouse I bought was a first gen Razer Naga and it's the worst mouse I've ever used, so I didn't trust my own judgement. I'll take a look around for better RAM, thanks. I'm not sure if I want to downgrade the processor, though if I have to that's definitely somewhere I can cut 40$ from.

I got a $20 Anchor mouse and it suits me just find.Even matches my keyboard. As for RAM I think I payed $60 or $70 for 16 GB. And I think you might be better off with a i3 if you're going for a budget Intel CPU.

Are you Canadian? If not, keep in mind our dollar is completely tanked at the moment, cheapest 16gb of RAM on newegg is 100$. Newegg is really the only site I know to use, gonna research NCIX or whatever it is right now.

I paid a 5$ premium on the RAM purely because its red and fits my case/LED design. 5$ one way or the other isn't going to affect my budget in any meaningful way.

I haven't checked Amazon yet. I haven't done any online purchases basically since I built the computer I'm using now, so there's probably a few sites I haven't thought to check.

Checking Amazon and NCIX prices nearly gave me cancer. Then I checked local stores, and I will so no more on that. Looks like newegg is the way to go in Canada.
