Doing a coding assignment for c++, the program asks for the area of a triangle:
(height * base) / 2;
Now it's asking for the circumference of a triangle. For the life of me I cannot find a solid source on the internet explaining to me where to find the circumference of a triangle, the code assignment instructions don't even tell me what type of triangle it is.
It's not really a coding request for help either, I just can't find a way to implement this code using this unknown formula.

isn't just the sum of the lengths of the edges?

that's the perimeter

Thanks, this helps knowing what exactly i'm looking for now.
