I would recommend you also find a local shop that you can get to build you a PC, these will still usually be better value than a prebuilt asus/dell/whatever, even though you pay them to put it together for you.

Ask people online for a part list and find someone competent in your area who will assemble it. Be it a local shop or an IT guy.

Prebuilts more often than not have meh cases and shit power supplies. Unless you're too dumb to build an IKEA chair, you'll do just fine building a PC yourself. There's a shit ton of tutorials on youtube.
