I mean, as far as the "problem" goes, is not much more than the game stopping randomly for one second. Even menus and loading screens. Like completely functional, but stopping short and often.

Then why is it that I can play Portal 1 and Left 4 Dead 2 on near maximum quality and everything is cool? It's just Portal 2.
