Download DDU, follow the instructions and boot into safemode, try removing your driver that way.

Then install the new driver from the Nvidia Website.

If that doesn't work, download Nvidia Inspector or MSI Afterburner, and reduce your clock rates by about 25% to see if that helps.

Ah, I see you already got GPUTweak, you can also use that to reduce your clocks for testing purposes isntead of getting Afterburner/Inspector.

Unfortunately still having the same problem. Pretty sure it's just starting to die, which sucks. 400 bucks pretty much gone.

Just wish I had another graphics card to test if it also happens with other cards.
