Need some webm compressing tips. I'm on a budget and have literally no wiggle room for paying for any fancy compressors or anything. I have a 4 minute webm that I need to compress but have no means to do it.

max out the tolerance (qmin 0, qmax 60)
lower the audio to 1 channel, low bitrate (~64kbps)
lower the frame rate

Not OP, but how do you do things like crf, tolerance or audiochannels with webm for retards? Are those manual arguments you have to input or do you edit the video before conversion?
