i could do it but right now im kinda busy maybe if you look for another picture you like that matches the body and ask for someone to make it like a pencil drawing with the photoshop filters and then ask in another thread to make it manga style or maybe do it yourself tracing over it (it's not difficult if you get ref pics of mangas/animes but it takes too much time to make it right) also if you manage to get the photoshop pic you could ask at /ic/ or /i/ maybe you'll get lucky.
