Im having a problem with my internet connection
as you can see from this failure log, its dropping for a couple seconds very often
im connected via ethernet so its not waifu,
is it just my router?

Unplug and replug everything connecting you to the router.
Make sure there aren't any distribution boards involved, I had similar problems to you when my ethernet adapter was plugged into one.

Quite possibly.
If possible test it from a few different connections, I.E phone, laptop, not just a single computer.
If the problem persists it has to be either your ISP or your router.
