Over the past couple of days the sound on my pc has fucked up.

Over the past couple of days the sound on my pc has fucked up. It'll play some sounds in games super low, music is all tinny and echoes, like someone hit random on the equalizer. I didn't install new drivers or anything before this happened, it happened out of the blue.
The sound drivers are Realtek HD Audio
I've tried
>turning off enhancements in the device menu
>reinstalling the drivers several times
>different headphones
>messed around with the settings in the realtek HD audio manager
I'd just like the sound to play normally, I don't need all the extra enhancements and shit these programs always come with.

Your ground connection is fucked, and you're hearing Right-minus-Left in both channels.

Try using a different output, i.e. the back panel if you were using the front panel, or the front panel if you were using the back panel.
