Hi /wsr/,

I'm trying to identify an anime (I think it's a feature length film), but I haven't got much to go on.

What I remember about it comes from what I think was a poster for it. It shows a flooded city, I think during sunset, and text describes that it's the post apocalypse. The world is uninhabited, and the only thing left is a computer or a robot that has gained sentience and is exploring it.

Did this show exist or am I crazy?
