My computer just turned into a combustion engine. Seemingly at random somewhere in the top right wire bundle there was a fucking bright orange spark before appartment cut off by fuses.
Nothing smells, nothing looks burnt. Not sure if a wire is plugged in incorrectly or if a wire itself is fucked. Any tips?

Sparks with computers generally mean something, if not everything is now broken. Delicate electronics do not like large surges of current.
Take everything apart and rebuild it on top of a cardboard box. Try to boot it with just the CPU (and cooler, of course) and RAM. If it spins up, try to add the GPU and see if it posts on your monitor.
If it doesn't either your motherboard or CPU is fried, or both.

I didnt even try to boot it up again. I checked the area whereabouts the spark was but nothing seems burnt nor can I smell anything.

Get a big bucket of water turn it on and run stress test.

It could be a spare power connector touching the case above your optical drives, where all the harnesses are crammed in. Remove the drives and visually check the connectors and frame for burn damage. Use a torch.
