fucking NIGGERS
i came home and my PC was off, went to turn it on and got no video signal, opened it up and the CPU and the GPU fan do not spin but i hear the case fans spinning and the hard disk and CD tray rotating, removed GPU and removed all but one ram stick and started rebooting but still nothing, no POST, no error code on my motherboards 7-seg display. NOTHING
what the fuck am i supposed to do? im away from home so i have NO spare parts to swap and i dont have a multi meter to test the PSU
Well the PSU would have to be working in some way if it's turning at least the case fans on. I almost want to say your CPU would been the issue, maybe fried some how? No brain = nothing functions.

If you're not getting any POST errors then POST isn't even being run. This is a BIOS thing, not a CPU thing, the BIOS runs POST.
Do you have onboard graphics you can use instead of your GPU?
Can you get into your BIOS settings?
I'm thinking you might have lost your 5v rail with your 12v rail still in tact driving your case fan, HDD, and optical drive motors.
Has the PC been moved since you last used it? Is the mobo connector from the PSU fully connected?

Core logic runs off 12v, anon, and has since 2003 or so.
All 5v does nowadays is power the USB ports.

Why do you mention core voltages? I didn't.
From the OP's description it sounds like the BIOS isn't running due to no power to the mobo.
Do you have any helpful advice for OP?

>Why do you mention core voltages? I didn't.
Yeah, you did. You said
>I'm thinking you might have lost your 5v rail with your 12v rail still in tact driving your case fan, HDD, and optical drive motors.
When in fact the 12v rail runs all that, plus the CPU, plus the RAM, plus the GPU, i.e. the core logic.

I was referring to the 12v devices off the mobo, not on the mobo, seeing that they weren't functioning. No GPU, processor fan, or POST display.
Anyway, it looks like the OP is missing in action.
