What's the best, simplest program to read downloaded manga on your computer?

I use Honeyview. It can read a bunch of archive file types and you can set the images to fit to height or width if they're big images, which I find to be a great feature. You can also zoom in and lock in the zoom by pressing Ctrl+K. And, of course, you can fullscreen with Alt+Enter or middle clicking inside the window.
