Your GPU is dragging the whole system down.
A 1060 would be perfect for your system, but it is $250. You can get the 3GB version for $200, but it's probably worth spending the extra $50, especially if you're planning to keep the card for a long time.
You can't get a decent GPU for under $200. Below that price point it's all toy GPUs that give you 10% of the performance of a real one, and no real advantage over your onboard graphics.

Is this the card you're talking about?

also, if you can afford it, try to get a GTX 1070. It would be even better, you'd be able to play more games at max settings (I'm assuming 1080p because ur poor) at better FPS
