I've never really bought Blu Rays before, so I kinda want to start buying some. The only fear I have is getting some that have terrible transfers (something that I hear happens in some cases).
I mostly want to start by getting some Studio Ghibli and other anime Blu Rays. I was hoping you guys would give an idea of which ones to avoid.
The only BRs I can think of that I know aren't good are some of the older Disney movies (like pic related, Robin Hood), Black Cauldron), Predator, Robocop and the LotR trilogy.
I'd really appreciate the help.

99% of anime blurays are fine.
The only time it'll be shit is if you like dragonball, gundam SEED, or any anime made between 2001-2008.
