Can you recommend me some mangas with a lot of guro in it? Preferably ones with at least mediocre storytelling.

That depends. Are you looking for a horror story with a lot of gore in it, or are you just looking for the gore in general, possibly for NSFW purposes?

Mai-Chan's Daily Life.
This is an eroguro comedy.

Definetely the first. I just happen to love very graphic content accompanied by a story, thats all.
Also, thanks for the Recommendations so far i will look into them.

In that case I would suggest anything by manga artist Ito Junji, but his best work, IMO, is Uzumaki: the spiral.
Hideshi Hino's manga is always grotesque, usually way over the top and detailed, but at times it can end up being gore for the sake of gore.
There's also Kazuo Umezu, but his stuff has less gore and is more psychological horror.
Finally, Shintaro Kago is pretty great too, although he is experimental and his works tend to go surreal almost invariably.
