You could try all of the sites that IQDB uses to search anime images for and see what you like the most.

I personally use Gelbooru and Pixiv. Pixiv is probably the best source for anime art, since it's basically Japanese DeviantArt. It's in Japanese though, obviously, so it might be a bit difficult to navigate.

Along with what >>175927 said, there's zerochan (it might be part of what IQDB uses tho) and independent sites with collections, like some geocities for example. Some blogs scan magazines and posters too.
