Hey /wsr/, I'm working on a logo for a Twitch stream, and I've decided I want to utilize a picture someone drew for me. Would anyone be able to make this into a high quality vector? I have enough basic Photoshop skills to clean up the original image to this point, but I have no idea how to Illustrator.

Unfortunately this is the original resolution from the full photograph. Throwing it into Waifu2x helps a little, but it messes with line thicknesses so I figure I'd just post the original.
