Well, for starters, you're not using VMWare.

Your second problem is you posted an error message, but didn't bother to expand "Details", so all we get to see is "Error: an error occurred".

looks like you have hyper-v turned on

The virtualisation hardware can only be used by one hypervisor at once. So you can't run Hyper-V and Virtualbox at the same time.

He posted a photo. Go to your start menu, search for "Windows Features". What you want to do is turn Hyper-V off.

When you find the settings, as shown in >>169680

Make sure "Hyper-V" is unchecked. Click OK.

Try Virtualbox again.
