So I'm watching/reading Guyver at the moment and this whole time Ive been thinking "wow its so fucking cool how there's all this bio-tech and biology based technology on display rather than electronic stuff like most sci-fi!"
I want more, can anybody recommend me any more anime or manga that focuses on bio-tech and fleshy shit rather than electronic technology? Ive heard the term "bio-punk" used to describe this stuff and I want more.
This may not be the best one so I apologize in advance, but its the closest I got.
Blue Gender, the world is invaded by basically giant bugs. While they humans do fight with electronic technology, all the alien stuff is fleshy and bio-tech type stuff.
Hope someone else can help ya more =)

I'm more looking for bio-tech being used by humans rather than organic aliens which is pretty common place. I might as well add Blue Gender on to my back log though.

Baoh is an old, short series by the writer of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure which might interest you.
There's Tekkaman Blade, though transformed characters are pretty robotic-looking outside of that one OVA.

Some Kamen Riders also lean in this direction.
