Maybe you've played runescape when you were younger, I recently tried out the old school runescape servers and I really enjoyed myself.
It's not a demanding game at all and if you used to play it's a great nostalgia trip

Why not watch anime or movies or something that doesn't require you to move around to much. Idk what your surgery was for but I can't imagine there are many that would afford you the luxury of sitting up during recovery
