You can stop looking because such a show doesn't exist. People seem to have this issue with Watanabe's shows. They really like them and say "I want more of this" but the problem is his shows are effectively one of a kind. I could at best recommend you shows with a similar vibe, since the setting for SC lends itself to a pretty wide variety of titles.

Black lagoon is similar to ghost in the shell/cowboy bebop/bebop in lots of ways (action+some slower introspective parts)

Also Tokyo Tribes (the anime is cool, the movie is fucking amazing)
