Just convert the filename to a date at http://www.epochconverter.com/ , then search for deleted images, and flick to that date.

Remember that 4chan time is 4 hours behind epoch time, which is in GMT.

Now if you're just trying to find that image, simply cropping the image from that and reverse searching using google or iqdb will get you what you want.

What do you mean? What specifically are you doing? The actual archive should only be delayed by about 30-45 seconds and search shouldn't be delayed more than 5 minutes.
