don't have any links nor do i remember the episodes but try these:
shigurui last 2-3 episodes, blood c last 2 episodes plus the rampage, ghost in the shell movie last part, rurouni kenshin trust & betrayal ova #4, texhnolize last 2 episodes, ninja scroll has a few probably the best one is at the end when she get killed, the end of evangelion when shinji and misato are on the elevator and misato is about to die from a bullet wound.
also "gore" anime series has tons of girl deaths

You need Uncle Mugen. He used to post dead/dying girls on /c/ about 8 or 9 years ago then moved to /jp/. I don't know if he posts there any more. If he does it's anonymous. Haven't seen him in 4 or 5 years but all the old timers would remember him. Some might even know how to find him.
