Every time I copy files from my phone's internal storage to my SD card, it inverts the file order. Is there an app to keep the correct order? I sort by time usually. SS Galaxy S4
Pic unrelated
Maybe zip the contents copy the zip file over and extract.

That's somewhat uneconomical, surely there's an app for this?
do you use a file explorer app?

1) the position in the FAT directory entry is arbitrary, subject to change, and not to be relied upon by anything.
2)
mkdir tmp; mv * tmp; cd tmp; ls -t -1 | xargs mv -t .. \{\} \; ; cd .. ; rmdir tmp

My Files is shit. I would download another file explorer app that would allow you to sort by filename/date/etc.. it's out there I'm sure, you just gotta look. I use ES File Explorer but have no experience in sorting by time.
