Hey /wsr/ long time listener, first time caller. I've got an LG G4 LS991 that stubbornly refuses to power on. The weird thing is, occasionally it'll turn on but it gets stuck at the boot screen. It got a little further once, but ultimately shut back down again. Do I just need a new battery or am I going to have to send it in for repairs?

Its broken, it wont run with new battery if it doesnt even work with charger. Change phone, LG is good.
