You could always just go to an optometrist. They should have yellow tinted glasses that block. I would say go since it's causing you pain. ;_;

maybe you've got a sinus infection. I had an infected tooth on the roof of my mouth that had exposed itself to my sinuses, ended up having to yank the thing

OP here, My eyes are extremely strained and I also recently injured something behind my left eye. I'm not sure what exactly got hurt, but I can no longer comfortably look in any direction other than straight ahead. And I think this injury is straining them even more.
