Never heard of Kleev. I'd pick G-SKILL but only because it's a more heard-of brand.

DDR3-2400 RAM is mostly a gimmick, your gains are marginal (1%) if you use it. See http://techbuyersguru.com/does-ram-speed-matter-ddr3-1600-vs-1866-2133-and-2400-games
