Phantom World looks good. Grimgar has Nakamura at the wheel. Rakugo looks interesting. The originals should all be given a chance. Besides that, I believe there are some manga adaptations where the source is well-liked, like Dagashi Kashi and that one with a time traveling mangaka. Neither really catch my eye but who knows, people seem to like them.
