nope, not that either. for the first times fan was plugged into the cpu fan pins, and it didnt work that way, thats why i switched it, but that was pointless, because the fan was spinning when it was connected to cpu fan pins too.

any other suggestions ? ;-;

Sure.

But unless there's a fan connected to CPU_FAN, regardless of any and all other problems, your mobo will. not. boot.

You don't just need a fan to be there, you need the motherboard to know there's a fan there.

it seems like either the cpu or the mobo is faulty. i will try to get them replaced with warranty. but thanks to all of you for trying to help me, i really appreciate it
