Are you even sure the BD is out yet? The international release isn't till 2017 and the nips are probably waiting for that till they release the BD.

I just checked amazon.jp, there isn't a BD available, so it's literally not out yet. The only thing they're selling is the movie tie in booster pack.
Before you make threads on /a/, check to see if amazon.jp is selling them, they might not even be out yet.
