Just a quick question: what is the english word or idiom (if there's any) for someone who has recently graduated and now is looking for his first job? This person is a fresh meat on the employee market. We are not talking about internship here. Since he has just started his career, maybe he's a starter? Entrant? These has came to my mind. Thanks in advance!
novice? apprentice?
if this is for a cover letter, I'd just state that sentence...

Tyro, Greenhorn maybe.

Yes, it is indeed for a cover letter. Your suggestions are good, but I still do not feel that this is the word they actually use for it. I think I'll use the term "junior [and the name of the job]" instead. Thank you again for your help!

These are also very good. Thank you!
executive

"graduate"
"recent graduate"
I think all the rest is implied.
Don't really think there is a specific word.
Maybe if he's already working, "junior" appears in some job titles. But it's generally a job title and not a general word.
You would need to give more context.
