Hi I need a bit of help here, I like making gifs, but I don't really know the full ins and outs of doing it. In this gif I'm trying to make Mr. Krabs still while the background continues to move. The thing is I'm retarded and I don't fully get what some of these guides are telling me since I haven't actually used gimp or photoshop.

Some help would be appreciated and I'll be dumping other ones I've made.
