You can get it on CD still, new, but it doesn't seem to run on newer computers. I got it to run once after I installed it, but after that it doesn't run at all, and serves an error message after a few minutes of nothing. And of course, the forums are equal parts dead and full of huge masses of flaming ego, so I haven't been able to find any help for the problem.

Shame. For all the "failures" in what it promised before release and didn't have, it was still far ahead of it's time. I'd kill for a modern game with a similar world and space-combat system.
