Not really sure what's going on in this scene.
The odd audio/lip desync is on the source as well and from the fact it matches up in some places but not others suggest this was a fault in the movie itself.

Didn't want to flood the thread with duplicate webms but since we're at the tail end of this one here is the same clip at quality 0 (usual setting I have for other shows)

-qscale:a 0 is the ffmpeg equivalent setting

Sadly this seems to be one of only two BD sources of this show I could find and comments indicate the other is heavily watermarked/hardsubbed.
