The joke is that she has ONE spell which ALWAYS eats up all her energy, leaving her completely useless.
Megumin is stronger than Kazuma at raw stats. The joke is that she would really be that world's most powerful mage if she wasn't that single-minded obsessed.
Like everybody else except Kazuma, the joke is more "weird, super specialized builds". Megumin is a pile of feats that allow her to cast the one spell out of her regular reach. Darkness is taking extra HP as her feat every time. While Aqua just knows every single divine spell, because goddess, and with all the remaining points she gets... she just learns party tricks and other sorts of useless bard bullshit.

How do you guys encode your Webums? Tried WebmFR and doing it by myself and this is the best quality I could get, I would appreciate if you had some advice so I could post not-shit quality imagery.

Settings I used on this one
ffmpeg -i zeroop.mkv -c:v libvpx -b:v 300k -b:a 50k -c:a libvorbis -auto-alt-ref 1 -lag-in-frames 16 -quality best -slices 1 -sn -vf scale=640:-2 -speed 0 -y output23.webm
Also 2pass always gives me a worse output quality than simply doing a 1 pass, I have absolutely no idea why.
