Can't tell if sarcasm. Honestly the CG in Aikatsu is a good compromise, the quality improves tremendously over the course of the show and becomes not only watchable, but enjoyable by season 2.

By then the models look good, the choreography is fun and they start incorporating neat lighting effects, and the animation is just smooth overall. Kinda surprised how abysmal Love Live's CG is in comparison despite being way more popular, guess Sunrise just didn't give a shit in their case.

The CG budget is allotted to just two minute segments as opposed to the entirety of the show so it isn't stretched as thin (plus they just reuse performances occasionally). I'm sure Scamco does some financial backing as well.
