Have there been any murders in space yet? How would one be prosecuted if there was one because isn't space is like international waters where no one holds jurisdiction.

Space law is actually pretty stupid probably due to it only recently being developed. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_law) Also, I don't think there have ever been any deaths "in space" yet. All of the deaths related to space travel have been on the ground or in the atmosphere, if I recall correctly.
