Sure, let me re-write it real quick

So, you have a function called ":", inside this function, you call call ":", so recursive call, and you pipe it into ":" again. Basically, when you call ":", you create two new call to your function.
In the last line you just call ":".
This will fill your RAM and use your CPU 100% and most likely freeze your computer.

It's sending the output of the first ":" to the second

like if you do "echo blablagoyblabla" | grep goy", it'll send the output of echo to grep.

I don't know how a fork bomb work exactly but I'm sure there are plenty of article that explain it way better than I ever will.

There's a wallpaper i've been looking for forever that i lost a long time ago.

It was really simple, kind of vector-artish, had 3 mountain-looking islands in the middle of the water with the sun shining down. Not quite WindWaker aesthetic, but in that same vein.

It was sort of like this, but the mountains were rounder, the water was a much lighter blue, and it was much happier. Same kind of minimalistic idea.
