I've given this advice so often I really should write it down and save it.
Select the background with whatever tools are appropriate; brush, pens, magic wand, etc.
Expand or feather (or both) the selection outwards outwards by a pixel. This eliminates outlines and minimizes jaggies.
Invert selection and cut main object to another layer.
Flood fill left behind background with a contrasting color. This makes errors obvious.
Zoom in very close and scroll around boundary of rendered object, adding or subtracting pixels as needed.
Delete background layer and save as PNG.

I use quick selection tool to select things and clean it with eraser. After that I use blur tool to make the edge less-jagged.

Unfortunately, there are some really strange looking parts. For example: On the right hand, there are still parts of of the other one left. The Bikini part has some strange colorisations and looks unnatural. Furthermore, some color transitionsare not really smooth.

I think i have to clear some things up.
First of all, i never wrote directly that it sucks. I just said that it is not usable for me. For others it may work out.

Second. I have to say, that this work was much better than others delivered for different pictures i paid for. Because my bad experience with those artists i thought, i try it here because.

- Someone would only do it if he is pationed about it
- When someone does it, he watches out for details because of his passion.

These are my thoughts because i would do it this way. Means, just modify images which i can be passioned about. This is the reason why i paid too much for other artists just to spend then several hours to fix all details until they are satisfying.

So it's no offense about any work here. I seems that my thoughts are totally different from all those people willing to help strangers modifying images with other intentions in mind.

First, turned it grayscale.
Then a filter called "threshold". Everything becomes either black or white. Moved the dividing-line up and down until it looked about right, neither all black nor all white.
